Clients retain full copyright ownership of the content created for them. All work will be delivered as per the agreed-upon terms, and Elite Book Authors will hold no rights to the content. Clients are free to publish or use the content as they see fit.

Payment

We require 30% upfront payment for all services offered.

Any transaction fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.

Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions for the content we produce. However, revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivering the work. In certain cases, we may accommodate requests submitted within 14 days.

All revisions will be completed as promptly as possible, considering the urgency of the request.

Project Requirements

All project requirements must be clearly discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.

Any disputes will be resolved based on the mutually agreed terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

Clients may request a full refund for payments made if the project has not yet commenced.
Once work has begun, refunds will be processed with applicable deductions.
Refunds are not available for services purchased during discounted or promotional periods.
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of order completion if the client is unsatisfied with the service or project delivered.
If no refund request is made within 5 days of delivery, it will be assumed that the client is satisfied with the work.
